After lunch we went to the new Emanuel Pilgrim Wesleyan Church. This church is a plant from the nearby John Howard PWC, where Richwell has pastored for a number of years. They have the walls up and rafters in and are holding church in the roofless building. The attendance is running close to 150 per Sunday! Quite understandably, they are anxious to complete the building before the rains start. We then went to have dinner with Genesis and his wife. This morning we went to church at Kanyama Pilgrim Wesleyan Church. The children sang and spoke a memorized speech and Bible verses! Then the "Lovely Sisters" sang, followed by the choir and lastly the praise team. Brian gave the sermon today on 2 Timothy 1:7. We arrived safely in Lusaka around 9 pm. While waiting in line to board the flight from JNB to LUN, Brian saw 2 young girls with Jayhawks on their shirts. Brian asked them where they were from and they said Kansas City. They were 4th year med students at KU and were doing a short rotation out of the US. They were headed to a mission hospital in the northern part of the country. We gave them a ride to Zambia Backpacker Hostel, where they were meeting 1 other KU med student to spend 2 nights and fly out Monday. Recap and apology

First off the apology. I try to update the blog at least daily while we are in Zambia. In past years, I've had a couple of options including texting to the blog or emailing to the blog. This year for some reason neither worked for several days.

We had a wonderful productive trip again.

We finished out our trip visiting Zimba Mission Hospital. They have a brand new administration building! The improvements Dr. Dan and Joan have made to this hospital are simply amazing!

We finished our trip by driving from Zimba to Livingston for a look at the Falls. Lunch in town then dinner at the hotel. We will fly out tomorrow afternoon at 1:00.
