Today we started out going from Jembo Mission to Chabbobboma Mission. It was about 40 miles, and with the Zambian roads, the round trip took took about 3 hours. Chabbobboma is near Lake Kariba. Originally it was located near the Zambieze river. When Lake Kariba was built in the 1950's, it flooded a large area near the river. Many villages were required to be relocated.
Chabbobboma Mission has a Church, a clinic and a school. Miraculously (considering the roads), they have received many items from the containers. The school had lots of desks, books computers, science equipment. The clinic had lots of new equipment from the container also.
We went back to Jembo Mission to stay the night.
