In Country Schedule

Here is a proposed in country schedule for your mission team.
Saturday March 24:
*Arrival.
* Bret and Troy will proceed to Zimba Mission Hospital. They will travel in a hospital vehicle. It is about 6 hours drvie from Lusaka to Zimba hospital. Marian Mutoloki, the hospital matron will be responsible for their travel, work room and board. Marian will be with us at the airport. The two will start work on Sunday & Monday.
*Josh will meet Brian Bulongo and Pastor Falo Kasiya.
*Cory will spend time with Muvwanga Muzyamba, a young and gifted Zambia mechanic who will be responsible for mentaining the tractor.
*Brian will spend the day at a History Makers conference, which a conference for young leaders under the age of 30 as part of our training leaders.
*Brian, Josh and Cory will attend graduation dinner and service for the History Makers conference.
*Brian, Josh and Cory will sleep at Muumbe and Alfred's residence
Sunday 25th
*Brian will attend service at Kanyama A Pilgrim Wesleyan Church. Brian will teach Adult Sunday School and will bring greetings during the service. Feel free to teach any subject during the Sunday School hour (Contact person is me)
*Cory will attend John Howard Pilgrim Wesleyan Church. Will bring greetings during the service (Contact person will be Genesis Katowa)
*Josh will preach at Kalingalinga Pilgrim Wesleyan Church. Contact person is pastor Falo Kasiya.
In the afternoon will have the dedication service of ILISA office & Kalembos residence. It will also be an official presentation of the container to our ministry by Brian. Brian will be the guest of honor. We have invited some officials from the American embassy. Hopefully they will come. I will keep you informed about their response. The container may not have arrived by then, but we will still go ahead with the presentation by faith.
Monday 26:
Brian, Cory and Josh meet some government officials with Alfred in the morning.
Travel to Zimba in the afternoon with a brief stop over in Choma.
Tuesday 27:
The team's visit to Victoria Falls and the part in Livingtone. Leave after breakfast and return to Zimba for supper.
Wednesday 28; Bret and Troy will work up to 10:00 am while the rest of the team visits the hospital. At 10:30 am the team departs for Lusaka. Attend a service after supper at John Howard Church. The team members will share their experiences during the visit.
Thursday 29
Depart. Thanks for coming to Zambia.
Notes:
In country espenses:
Registration of Bret and Troy with Medical Council of Zambia: $150 each.
Transport costs for Troy and Bret to Zimba $300
Accommodation charges is $15 per night per person.
Meal charges vary from place to place. A guide is $4 for breakfast, $5 for lunch and $6 for dinner per person.
